Neuropsychological Evaluation
A comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation is a process of formally examining a wide array of cognitive or thinking skills critical for success in school, work, or life. A thorough assessment of neuropsychological functioning can illuminate the sources of academic struggles, difficulties with performing to potential at work, and/or the difficulties of managing a household. Additionally, this kind of evaluation can also identify strengths which would be critical to addressing difficulties and making positive changes.
Cognitive functions typically assessed in a standard neuropsychological evaluation include:
